On clicking the Daily Import button the system will interogate the folders specified in the Import File Locations for any files in the folders. The system will compare the files found with the templates specified in the Import File Locations and attempt to add these files to a temporary database table which is then presented to the user to select the files to import.

After successful import of the file, the system will move the file to a sub-folder with the name yyyymm.

You can then check the Import Status or Import Logs screens to verify that the files have been loaded.
